Responsibilities for Program Manager include but are not limited to:

· Independently develop and manage program charters, including scope, objectives, timelines, success metrics (OKRs), resource requirements, risks, and dependencies.

· Create and maintain comprehensive project and program plans that break initiatives into clear phases and milestones.

· Oversee end-to-end program execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

· Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks, dependencies, and constraints.

· Build and maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, business leaders, and program sponsors.

· Facilitate decision-making by providing clear program updates, recommendations, and risk assessments.

· Manage escalations effectively and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues impacting program delivery.

· Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment on priorities, goals, and expectations.

· Develop and execute structured communication plans tailored to various stakeholder groups.

· Prepare and deliver program status reports, executive updates, dashboards, and governance materials.

· Lead program governance processes, including risk reviews, escalation management, postmortems, and corrective action planning.

· Facilitate effective program meetings that drive accountability and measurable outcomes.

· Partner with stakeholders to identify and assess change management requirements.

· Perform impact assessments and develop change management and rollout strategies.

· Monitor adoption, address resistance, and ensure successful implementation of organizational and process changes.

· Align stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives to support smooth execution.

· Define key program metrics and performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

· Establish regular checkpoints to evaluate progress, resource utilization, and business outcomes.

· Analyze program data and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.

· Drive program enhancements and recommend strategic pivots when necessary.

· Independently determine, collect, and analyze data required for program execution and governance.

· Maintain project trackers, risk registers, action logs, and status reporting mechanisms.

· Ensure transparency into program performance, resource allocation, and delivery progress.

· Promote operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices.

Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, or related experience.

· Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs from initiation through completion.

· Strong understanding of program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and change management practices.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.

· Experience creating program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

· Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

· PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.

· Experience with process improvement, transformation initiatives, and organizational change management.

· Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.

Pay Details: $90.63 per hour
