We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic cloud transformation initiatives across our enterprise technology landscape. This individual will serve as the primary driver of planning, coordination, and delivery for a large-scale Cloud 2.0 modernization effort focused on governance, observability, security, and platform standardization across AWS and Azure environments.

The ideal candidate is a strong delivery leader who can navigate complex technical programs, align business and technology stakeholders, drive execution across multiple workstreams, and ensure initiatives remain on schedule while meeting operational and governance requirements.

This role will partner closely with cloud engineering, platform, infrastructure, security, architecture, and application teams to modernize legacy systems, advance cloud adoption, and establish scalable operating frameworks for future growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud transformation initiatives across AWS and Azure.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering and alignment for observability, security, governance, and cloud operating model initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving cloud engineering, application development, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams.
  • Establish and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • Partner with technology leaders to develop governance processes, standards, and compliance controls across multi-cloud environments.

  • Drive decision-making sessions and remove roadblocks that could impact timelines or delivery outcomes.
  • Support modernization initiatives focused on migrating and refactoring legacy .NET applications into cloud-native and serverless architectures.
  • Ensure alignment between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders through effective communication and change management practices.
  • Measure program success through defined KPIs, operational metrics, and business outcomes.

Required qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing cloud-focused programs within AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud governance, security, compliance, observability, and operational best practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts across multiple technical disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into executable program plans.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience utilizing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience supporting cloud modernization or application migration programs.
  • Understanding of serverless architectures and cloud-native application development principles.
  • Familiarity with observability platforms, cloud monitoring tools, and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Experience working with security, governance, or risk management teams within a regulated enterprise environment.
