Job Title: Program Director (LCSW/LMFT Preferred)

Location: Ukiah, CA

Reports to: Associate Regional Director

Job Classification: Exempt

Compensation: $94,264.40 salary + opportunities for quarterly bonuses 

About the Role:
CBEM is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Director to lead our Critical Intervention Team serving Ukiah, CA and surrounding communities. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of intervention specialists, and serve as the primary liaison with the Redwood Coast Regional Center. Your clinical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality service delivery while advancing CBEM's mission and values.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.
  • Ensure the quality of client services, overseeing case reviews, and stabilization plans.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.
  • Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.
  • Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-V, Applied Behavior Analysis, and experience working with developmental disabilities.
