Service Coordinator

You can make a difference in the lives of your fellow Vermonters!

Upper Valley Services is a person-centered program.

Service Coordinators meet at least monthly with the shared living provider and participant in their home to support and manage various aspects of the state-required expectations to ensure a healthy environment that meets the participant's goals and needs.

Mix of field work and main office in Randolph.

Background checks are required

Must have valid driver's license and insured vehicle

Thorough initial and ongoing training for Service Coordinators

M-F 8am-4pm and occasional evening or weekend availability

College degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
