Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, has an opening for a highly motivated Program Assistant located in Arlington, Virginia. The successful candidate will perform a wide range of administrative, office and professional support activities. Position Responsibilities: * Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved. * Analyze data, develop solutions or alternative practices, recommend new systems, procedures, processes, or organizational change make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports * Confer with managers to ensure that the changes are working. * Review data and enter data to ensure all databases are kept up to date. * Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: * Minimum of an Associate's degree * Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience. * Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment. Skills: * Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management and computer software programs. * Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). * Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.
