Position Description

The Institute is currently seeking a Program Assistant to join our Digital Finance team. They will be responsible for a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Arrange meetings and appointments and maintain the Managing Directorโ€™s calendar.
  • Proof final external documents.
  • Provide editorial support on draft papers, briefing notes, and memos.
  • Draft paragraphs/sections as needed for reports.
  • Assist in the collection of relevant information for reports.
  • Maintain computer/tech proficiency in Protech, Excel, Audacity (audio editing software).
  • Assist in the preparation of special studies and presentations for the Department.
  • Contribute to the research needs/reports of the Institute.

Requirements

  • College degree required.
  • At least two years of work-related experience.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and act with tact, judgment, and energy.

Work Environment

IIF is pleased to provide its staff with a hybrid work environment: staff members are currently required to work in the office in Washington, DC, Tuesdays through Thursdays but have the option of working remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
