Program Assistant Details:
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday 9AM-5PM
  • Pay Rate: $22-$27/hour
  • Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Program Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Process program applications, certification records, and award nominations with accuracy
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track outcomes for committees and internal teams
  • Generate invoices, monitor program compliance, and send member communications and reminders
  • Support social media and communications efforts, including creating and posting content across platforms
  • Assist with marketing and promotion of programs, trainings, and events
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and support data tracking using internal systems
  • Assist with conference and training logistics including materials, registrations, and on-site support
  • Create and manage forms, surveys, and documentation using tools like JotForm and email platforms
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and office organization
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth program operations
Program Assistant Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Previous administrative, program coordination, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
