We are expanding, seeking qualified staff to assist in the opening of a new CRR in the Sinking Spring area, and for this site only, there is a $1000.00 sign-on bonus!!


The Mental Health Program Assistant is responsible to assist individuals in acquiring skills of daily living, independent living, and social skills in the residence and in the community. Provide a safe, clean, and homelike environment for each individual and the guidance necessary to achieve independent living skills.


Full- time staff are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation and sick days, as well as a 401(k) Plan, Tuition Reimbursement, and paid holidays starting day one of employment!!


Overtime is also available for those candidates who are interested.


Threshold provides comprehensive paid training for all employees.

Requirements

  • Computer knowledge is a must.
  • Experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis is a plus.
  • Valid PA Driver's License.
  • PA Motor Vehicle Record Check.
  • Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver.
  • High School Diploma or GED. (Original document is required).  
  • Pre-employment Drug Screen.
  • Pre-employment Physical Exam.
  • Pre-employment TB (Mantoux) Test or Chest X-Ray (if applicable).
  • PA Criminal History Clearance.
  • FBI Clearance (if candidate has not been a resident of PA for the past two consecutive years).
