Program Assistant – Adult Day Care

Location: Lancaster, PA
Schedule: PT/ PRN
Pay: Competitive

Are you energetic, caring, and love making people smile? Join our Adult Day Care team as a Program Assistant and help create the BEST part of our participants’ day! This is the perfect job if you enjoy staying active, being creative, and bringing good vibes to the workplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Bring the fun! Lead and support activities like crafts, games, music, exercise, and social time.
  • Be the friendly face participants look forward to seeing every day.
  • Help with day-to-day support: meals, mobility, reminders, and encouragement.
  • Keep our space clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Assist with arrivals, departures, and escorting participants around the center.
  • Work with a team that truly cares and communicates.
