  • Assist in creation and roll-out of new employee programs and policies
  • Develop standardized processes and new, refreshed training materials
  • Contribute to the review, grading, and benchmarking of new job descriptions
  • Support the implementation of employee experience initiatives

Successful People (HR) Intern Program candidates will offer:

  • Current enrollment with pursuit of MBA or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management
  • Related internship or work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, people operations, or people-facing environments that enabled leadership and problem-solving experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment
