Job description

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services - Custodial Manager to join our team at Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing in Springfield, MA. This upscale senior community has 120 Independent Living apts, 42 skilled beds and 30 assisted living apts.   In this role, the EVS Manager will supervise a team of approx 18 employees and oversee all custodial, cleaning and laundry care for the residents.  Ability to work Mon-Fri with some flexiibility preferred. 

What You'll Do
  • oversee the cleanliness of the facility and support laundry, as well as other operational activities; 
  • develop and motivate a team of 20+ hourly employees (floor techs and cleaners) to exceed the expectations of clients and residents;
  • schedules, training, ordering and assignment of duties; and/or
  • has experience improving resident satisfaction, and driving full compliance to local, state and federal standards.
