IMKO and our Siouxland Client are hiring Lab Techs Our Client is willing to TRAIN this position! The Lab Technician position is a full-time opportunity to learn hands-on in the areas of product testing, research & development, and food safety consultation. The core capabilities include microbiological, chemical, and physical testing. This position is in a scientific lab environment. The Lab Tech positions support other lab employees in the lab. This position does require keeping a sterile environment. Lab Techs will set up and trouble shoot equipment for accurate results. Lab Tech duties are, however not limited to: Homogenizes samples following standard protocols.Assists with cleaning laboratory carts, glassware, racks.Maintains cleanliness of laboratory work surfaces.Maintains records of all quality activities as required in Operating Procedures and Test Methods.Performs applicable testing with proper proficiency training with Supervision.Maintains and verifies equipment.
