• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine each client's mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique situations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to deliver high-quality, secure virtual therapy sessions tailored to the client’s specific requirements.
• Work closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and provide consistent support to keep them on track during their healing journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or solution-focused therapy, which aligns with client goals and preferences.
• Document all therapeutic interactions and maintain up-to-date records of client progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a mental health counselor at Cornerstone Psychotherapy, you will provide compassionate care and tailored interventions to support individuals of all ages striving for improved mental wellness.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and documentation requirements.

• Prior experience in providing remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and virtual therapy methodologies.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently while being an active participant in a collaborative therapy network.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year based on experience and caseload capacity. In addition to attractive compensation, our benefits package includes:
