As a fully remote mental health therapist, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while engaging in collaborative community health practices. • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.
• Engage in cross-system planning, liaising with other community service providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans for individuals.
• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy to individuals, families, or groups, integrating interventions effectively in various settings.
• Assess and respond to crisis situations, identifying the urgency of client needs and coordinating appropriate care services.
• Conduct training sessions on clinical topics for team members and community partners, enhancing knowledge and skills across the board.
• Perform initial assessments to evaluate client treatment needs and develop diagnostic formulations using the DSM-5 standards.
• Formulate tailored treatment plans in adherence to best practice guidelines and deliver consistent therapeutic support.
• Utilize established therapeutic models, including behavior modification and brief therapy techniques, during counseling sessions.

Your primary focus will be on serving mothers and families within the community, providing them with the tools and support they need to navigate challenges effectively. Through a culturally sensitive lens, you'll work with clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique experiences and advocating for their needs. The role emphasizes engagement with underserved populations, ensuring they receive the high-quality care they deserve.

• Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
• An independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of residence.
• Strong ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently, collaborating with large organizations and support staff.
• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical records and effective communication via electronic means.
• Robust Windows application computer skills coupled with a sound understanding of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.

• Experience and training in evidence-based practices that enhance therapeutic outcomes for clients.
• History of working in community health or settings that support a diverse client base.
