YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR CIVIL ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER
In this full-time civil engineering project management role, you will benefit from a flexible 5-day work schedule and hybrid work options.
Starting the day as a Civil Engineer Project Manager, it's crucial to set clear priorities for the team. From municipal engineering to site development, you lead a variety of projects and conduct client meetings to ensure progress and address concerns. Throughout the day, you guide and support the design team, overseeing their work and fostering their professional growth. By day's end, you've successfully managed projects while actively contributing to the project management team and our overall success.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR CIVIL ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in municipal, water and/or project related work
  • Experience with regulatory permitting, proposal preparation, project and client management
  • Proficiency using Autodesk Civil 3D and other engineering software
  • Licensed as a professional engineer in Pennsylvania OR the ability to obtain within one year
