Job description

Your Responsibilities as an Associate Project Manager:

  • Support management of environmental projects. 
  • Write and review technical reports and proposals and support field investigations. 
  • Environmental Due Diligence and compliance work. 
  • Manage project budgets under senior oversight. 
  • Supervise and train project staff. 
  • Ensure safe performance of project work. 
  • Actively develop your own career growth. 

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrates proficiency in applicable regulations and guidance (e.g. NJDEP, NYSEC, PADEP, etc) 
  • Ability to manage a project to completion, within the project budget.  
  • Identifies out of scope tasks/effort and qualifies value. 
  • Compliance with billing schedules, Accounts Receivable management, and other financial SOPs for the purpose of increasing cash flow and decreasing WIP and writeoffs. 
  • Communicate plan, schedule, and status utilizing company procedure/SOP. 
  • Implements assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Works with Senior management to help plan, schedule and delegate routine tasks. 
  • Supports development of new opportunities with direct involvement of Senior management. 
  • Projects technical competence and regulatory knowledge to generate confidence with client and project team.
