Job description

The Guest Services staff will offer friendly and expedient service to the property’s guests and assist the Head Golf Professional or General Manager in golf shop operations, merchandise sales and other golfrelated activities which may include picking the range, setting up/washing of the range area.

There are full-time and part-time positions available. 

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

· 1+ years in guest services experience

· Must be highly motivated, goal-driven and a selfstarter

· Must have basic math skills and computer knowledge

· Must have strong customer/guest orientation

· Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Must be dependable

· Knowledge about the game of golf preferred

· Must be able to operate a gas or electric golf cart

· Valid Driver’s License

Position Responsibilities:

· Maintain professional appearance

· Process customer reservations for golf course guests

· Provides fast, fun and friendly customer service to arriving guests to expedite checkin process

· Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed

· Collects fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the register as trained

· Issues receipts for guest purchases

· Takes messages for staff or guests

· Assists in reconciliation of daily CC charges/ accounts receivable to daily register at the closing of the day

· Assists with golf cart setup or washing after use as needed when picking range balls

· Performs cleanup and closing procedures

· Perform other duties as assigned

All job descriptions are subject to a periodic review. Additional duties will be assigned occasionally by management.
