Goldberg Segalla has an immediate opportunity for an associate to join our Environmental practice group in any of our New York offices.

THE QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will be admitted in New York and have 3+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has prior experience in Environmental law or general liability. THE BENEFITS The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000-$165,000.

Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
