Job description

Position Title: Environmental Technician (Full-Time)

Gandee & Associates, Inc., is an environmental engineering firm with offices in Delaware, OH and Brecksville, OH, that specializes in the design and monitoring of large-scale environmental remediation projects. Visit our website at www.gandee.net for more information.

We are currently seeking a full-time Environmental Technician to work out of our Brecksville, Ohio office.

Environmental Project Representatives provide on-site inspection and documentation of hazardous materials abatement projects. Typical duties include the following:

  1. Inspects hazardous materials abatement projects for compliance with contract documents.
  2. Provides expert knowledge of particular project contract documents.
  3. Provides interpretations of contract documents making judgments about compliance.
  4. Conducts necessary tests to monitor abatement work practices, which include.
  5. Documents project activities.
  6. Administers assigned project tasks.
  7. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Employee must be able to wear respiratory protection. Use of personal automobile and valid driver license required.
