Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings in its Miami office for Environmental/Toxic Tort Asbestos attorneys with 4-8 years' experience. Candidates will be working closely with our Chicago Environmental/Toxic Tort Asbestos attorneys. This role is open to hybrid and fully remote candidates.
Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
Job duties include performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence, attending court conferences, handling investigations and discovery, including depositions. This is a hit-the-ground-running opportunity where the candidate will receive immediate meaningful litigation experience.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Florida.
