We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing continued growth and seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Dubuque team. This firm offers a collaborative, people-first culture, strong mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement.

What You\'ll Do
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
  • Manage client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships
  • Lead and mentor junior staff
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support client financial goals
What We\'re Looking For
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
  • 4+ years of public accounting or related experience
