Our Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services play a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for skilled Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.
Administers and directs environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment; to procure or generate all utilities and their distribution systems; coordinates these activities with the other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations; attends staff meetings to ascertain facility policies, assists in their development, and interprets these policies to environmental staff members; may direct safety, fire control, security and civil-defense programs and participate in facility infection control programs.
