Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living maintenance experience preferred

Essential Job Functions
- Plan, develop, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department for both Crowne Health Care of Springhill and Crowne Place Assisted Living
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance throughout both facilities
- Complete general repairs including plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, and other routine facility maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns and ensure timely repairs
- Maintain the buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems in a safe and properly functioning condition
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, disciplining, and evaluating maintenance personnel
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of maintenance supplies, equipment, and replacement parts
- Coordinate outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or services are needed
- Maintain required maintenance records, inspections, and documentation
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare, life safety, and facility regulations
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation
