Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Assist in Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure quality customer service.
  • Manage both FOH and BOH day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base.
  • Manage the restaurant budget and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supervision:

  • Oversight of 10 - 15 team members

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma required
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
