The work usually entails hand-addressing envelopes in a variety of styles, sometimes requiring knowledge of calligraphy, to create a polished and elegant presentation for events like weddings, galas, or corporate announcements. Daily responsibilities may include verifying address lists, organizing batches for mailing, and maintaining high accuracy while managing large volumes of work. Collaboration with designers, event coordinators, or print professionals is also common to ensure the finished product meets client standards. Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to focus on repetitive tasks with consistency are essential soft skills.
