About Us:USA SiteWorx is a leading provider of demolition, land clearing, grading, and fencing services. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.
Position Overview:The Fence Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various fence types, including chain-link, wooden, vinyl, and metal. This role involves working on-site to ensure that all fencing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fence installation, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install a variety of fences according to project specifications.
  • Prepare job sites by measuring and marking boundaries, clearing, and leveling ground.
  • Dig post holes, set posts in concrete, and ensure proper alignment.
  • Assemble and secure fence panels, rails, and gates.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and consistently wear the appropriate attire, including personal protective equipment (PPE), safety vests and glasses when necessary, long pants, hard-soled or closed-toe work boots, while ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on existing fences as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used and project progress.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Fence Installer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of various fencing materials and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Strength & Stamina: Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment, often exceeding 50 pounds. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting, digging, and carrying.
  • Endurance: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain, for extended periods.
  • Mobility: Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing. Must be able to work on uneven terrain and maintain balance while performing tasks.
  • Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to use hand tools and power tools with precision.
  • Visual & Hearing Acuity: Must have clear vision and hearing to ensure safety and accuracy when installing fences and operating machinery.
  • Safety Awareness: Ability to recognize and respond to potential hazards on the job site and follow all safety protocols.

Upon offer, employees will be required to subject and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and MVR check.
