Job description

The QA/QC Manager ensures that all drywall, stucco, and envelope work meets standards for quality, precision, and accountability. This position supports the growing commitment to technology, consistency, and field excellence. Key Responsibilities • Conduct daily field inspections for workmanship, safety, and specification compliance. • Utilize Smartsheet, Dusty Robotics layout data, and façade scanner validation tools. • Identify risks, document issues, and confirm corrective actions are completed. • Support Project Managers and Superintendents with QA/QC process closeouts. • Reinforce standards through laminated cue cards, HATS training, and quality checklists. • Capture daily photo documentation and upload results to Compass dashboards. Ideal Candidate Profile • Minimum 3 years in drywall, stucco, or envelope trades (QA/QC or Superintendent background preferred). • Strong attention to detail and a visible, proactive field presence. • Proficient with Smartsheet, tablets, or Leica/Dusty Robotics systems. • Team-oriented problem solver who values collaboration over criticism. • Embodies integrity, accountability, and craftsmanship.
