Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-oriented Tier 1 Technician to support daily field operations and maintenance activities at the project site.

This role focuses on routine operations, preventive maintenance support, and basic troubleshooting under supervision. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety protocols in a fast-paced construction or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Routine Operations

  • Perform daily operational tasks, including meter readings, work order (WO) execution, and shift support
  • Assist with system checks to ensure stable operation

Preventive Maintenance Support

  • Support execution of preventive maintenance (PM) activities
  • Assist senior technicians or engineers in maintaining system performance

Troubleshooting Support

  • Assist in basic troubleshooting under the direction of engineers or senior technicians
  • Follow instructions to identify and report issues
  • This role does not independently operate valves or critical equipment

PM Support (Consumables Replacement)

  • Assist with replacement of consumables, including RO, ACF, UV, and resin systems
  • Excludes major equipment replacement, electrical panel maintenance, and mechanical repairs

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all site safety requirements and company policies
  • Participate in safety training, including PPE usage and chemical awareness
  • Properly use standard PPE (hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, safety shoes)

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in field operations, construction, or maintenance (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Basic mechanical or technical understanding is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Willingness to work on-site and support shift operations
