With a strong focus on clear communication, market insight, and hands-on teamwork, the firm offers early-career professionals the chance to build valuable skills, gain exposure to high-profile corporate activity, and work alongside experienced advisors who understand how shareholders think and respond. This early-career, contract position is perfect for candidates comfortable in customer service or call-center environments looking to advance their careers into banking or finance roles.
What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to shareholders using prepared scripts
  • Answer inbound questions and provide clear voting information
  • Record call outcomes accurately and follow standard operating procedures
  • Support ongoing proxy campaigns with basic administrative tasks
  • Work onsite daily in a fast-paced, professional environment, with additional remote hours (OT eligible).
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and professional phone presence
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and structured workflows
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures
  • Available for immediate, contract-based work in New York
  • Technical proficiency and access to a device for remote access.
