- 0-2 years of professional IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Junior Systems Administration experience
- Experience supporting Windows-based laptops and desktops
- Tier 1-2 troubleshooting experience for hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices
- Knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including user accounts, groups, shared drives, and calendar resources
- Experience with user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including:
- User provisioning and deprovisioning
- Password resets
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Access management and group permissions
- Experience supporting remote, hybrid, and onsite employees
- Strong documentation and knowledge base creation skills
- Asset inventory management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Experience administering Slack and Notion workspaces
- Exposure to macOS support
