IT Desktop Support Analyst I
Houston, TX (77070) | Full-Time | Onsite | $55,000 Annually
SynergenX Health Holdings, LLC is seeking an entry-level IT Desktop Support Analyst I to join our growing Information Technology team at our Northwest Houston Corporate Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional looking to build hands-on experience supporting end users across a fast-paced healthcare organization.
In this role, you'll provide first-line desktop and technical support to corporate employees and clinic locations, helping ensure technology remains reliable, secure, and efficient. You'll work alongside experienced Systems and Network Administrators while gaining exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, enterprise hardware, and healthcare technology environments. The position supports enterprise desktop operations, Microsoft technologies, endpoint deployments, and day-to-day user support.

What You'll Do
  • Provide first-level desktop support for Windows workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
  • Assist with user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Support workstation imaging, device setup, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and asset tracking.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions within the IT ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members when appropriate.
  • Assist with clinic technology deployments and enterprise hardware refresh projects.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting employees across multiple departments.
Qualifications
  • 1 year or less of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or similar experience (internships and hands-on experience welcomed).
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent technical training or experience.
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • Windows 10/11
    • Microsoft 365
    • Active Directory
    • Computer hardware and troubleshooting
    • Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ certification (or currently pursuing)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or Microsoft Entra ID
  • Familiarity with remote support tools
  • Exposure to Microsoft Autopilot or endpoint management
  • Basic PowerShell knowledge is a plus
Schedule
  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Fully onsite at our Northwest Houston Corporate Office (77070)
  • Occasional travel to clinic locations may be required
  • Participation in after-hours support or special projects as business needs require.
