What This Role Is AboutThis is a hybrid role that blends hands-on vehicle work with customer-focused service support. You'll help keep our vehicles clean, organized, and ready for customers while learning how a professional dealership operates. You'll work closely with our Service and Sale teams, and receive on-the-job training in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do- Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional way
- Drive vehicles safely around the dealership and service lot
- Prepare vehicles for service with seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats
- Clean and detail delivery vehicles and loaner vehicles
- Wash and maintain vehicles on the lot so they look their best
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning (vacuuming, windows, surfaces)
- Double-check vehicles for cleanliness before customer delivery
- Help keep the lot and work areas clean and organized
- Support the service team, shuttle drivers, and reception area as needed
- Learn new tasks and take on responsibilities as you grow
