Position Overview:
Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping people protect what matters most? At the Abbie Davis Tanner Agency, we're looking for a motivated Risk Advisor to help individuals, families, and businesses find insurance solutions that fit their unique needs.
This is a relationship-driven sales role where you'll educate clients, uncover opportunities, and create customized insurance programs from over 100 top-rated carriers. If you're competitive, coachable, and enjoy making a difference while building a rewarding career, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and virtual communication
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Prepare quotes across multiple carriers and explain coverage options clearly
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline
  • Conduct policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional protection
  • Educate clients on coverage options and answer insurance-related questions
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications:
  • Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtainโ€”we'll help!)
