Position Summary

Looking to start a hands-on career in manufacturing? Haygor Instrument & Company is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level CNC Machine Operators. No prior CNC experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training to teach you how to operate CNC machines that produce precision components for industrial instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn to set up and operate CNC machines under the guidance of experienced machinists.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Operate multiple machines while meeting production and quality goals.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with your hands.
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
