• Prepare and conduct presentations regarding Interim HealthCare Hospice to referral sources, community             organizations, and healthcare professionals

• In conjunction with leadership, develop and execute key account plans to strengthen referral relationships and expand market share

A few must-haves for our Hospice Liaison / Business Development Representative:

• Professional appearance, conduct, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and related technology platforms
• Strong understanding of hospice philosophy and commitment to ethical patient-centered care

The ideal candidate will:

• Build authentic, long-term relationships with referral partners
• Demonstrate resilience and professionalism in a competitive environment
• Follow through on commitments and maintain a high level of accountability
• Balance compassion with strong business development skills
• Prioritize patients and families while supporting organizational growth
