Job description

Associate Recruiter | Entry Level | Recruiting or Sales Path

Wheaton, IL • Full-Time • In-Office

Starting Base: $50,000 + Uncapped Commission | Six-Figure Path Within 18–24 Months

You know you want MORE. We know how to get you there.

You’re competitive. You’re good with people. And where you are right now isn’t leading toward what you’re after: the room to grow, the money that tracks your effort, the sense you’re building something real. Whether you’re in a job that isn’t the right fit or fresh out of school and still looking for the right door to open, you already know: you want more than this, and you’re ready to go get it.

So what is it?

At its core, this job is talking to people - a lot of them. You’ll source and screen candidates and connect skilled professionals with the companies building the country’s energy and infrastructure. The more conversations you have, the better you get and the more you earn. (Don’t know the industry? Nobody does on day one. We teach it.)

No experience preferred

We can teach you how to build a call list or talk to an engineer. We can’t teach you how to be curious, driven, or competitive. That’s what makes a great recruiter.

This is what “more” actually looks like

The people who produce the most make the most. No cap on commission, no waiting your turn, no ceiling but the one you set for yourself. A clear path to six figures inside two years - how fast is up to you.

  • A mentor from day one and real access to the leaders who actually make decisions - ask them anything
  • A real growth path - full Recruiter or a sales track, your call
  • A team that works hard, has real fun doing it, and an office people rave about the minute they walk in; you’ll get it when you see it
  • The real stuff too: medical/dental/vision, 401(k), discretionary time off, on-site gym, and a downtown Wheaton location steps from the Metra

Don’t take our word for it - we’re at 4.5 on Glassdoor. Go read why people stay before you apply.
