Join the Farmers Insurance Agent Development Program — a structured 2–3 year development track designed for motivated professionals who want to grow from sales and service into agency leadership.

As an Agent in Development, you’ll work within an established Farmers agency, gaining hands-on experience in sales, client service, and business operations while developing the skills needed for long-term career advancement.

What You’ll Do
  • Learn from an experienced mentor agent in a high-performing agency
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative sales and service
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Develop new business through referrals, networking, and provided opportunities
  • Manage client accounts, renewals, and service requests
  • Complete industry training and licensing with full support and study materials provided at no cost
  • Develop skills in sales, customer experience, and agency operations
  • Progress through a structured development program with defined milestones

Requirements
