Location: Wake Forest, NC (Remote/Hybrid Must Reside in North Carolina)

Open Desk is a growing research firm supporting the insurance, legal, and HR industries. We are seeking a motivated Outbound Call Specialist to join our team. This full-time, entry-level position offers paid training, excellent benefits, growth opportunities, and remote work flexibility for North Carolina residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to medical facilities across various specialties
  • Research and verify information using web-based tools and internal systems
  • Accurately document findings in standardized report templates
  • Maintain high attention to detail and data integrity
  • Meet deadlines while delivering high-quality customer service

Qualifications:

  • Professional phone communication skills
  • 12 years of office or call center experience preferred (not required)
