Job description

Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Die Sort – Swing Shift)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay Rate: $26–$28/hour DOE
Schedule: Swing Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Technical Coordinator plays a critical role in the semiconductor Die Fab area, where precision and attention to detail are essential. In this position, you will perform die sorting operations, handling delicate integrated circuits that are fundamental to modern electronic devices.
Your work directly impacts product quality and reliability. Success in this role requires the ability to follow detailed product documentation and engineering specifications while maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency. You will collaborate with engineering teams and trainers, contributing to operational goals while expanding your technical skillset in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform die sort operations on delicate semiconductor components
  • Handle and inspect integrated circuits with extreme care and precision
  • Follow detailed process documentation and engineering specifications
  • Operate semi-automated equipment and computer-based systems
  • Maintain accurate records and production data
  • Identify and communicate quality issues or deviations
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and training teams
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Support continuous improvement and team objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic manufacturing setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or semiconductor experience (a plus, not required)
  • Experience working with small or delicate components
  • Familiarity with process documentation and quality standards
Schedule & Assignment Details
  • Shift: Swing Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
  • Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day)
