Job description

Client Associate

Delivers more independent client support, handling complex service tasks, supporting renewals, and responding to client questions with limited oversight. This role applies growing technical knowledge and judgment within defined parameters to support the client lifecycle.

Essential Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Independently performs core client service and operational responsibilities across onboarding, renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing client support.
  • Serves as a technical resource for HRIS and enrollment platforms, benefits communications, surveys, and standard reporting.
  • Reviews benefit contracts and materials for accuracy and completeness prior to client delivery.
  • Responds to more complex client questions and manage defined lifecycle tasks with limited oversight.
  • Supports entry-level financial analysis, claims & utilization reporting, and renewal preparation.
  • Informally guides peers and contributes to workflow execution through independent decision-making within established parameters.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Technical application skills: OE guide applications
  • General understanding of client lifecycle
  • Life & Health License: Take and pass Life & Health License within timing necessary for state requirements

Salary Range $50,000—$65,000 USD
