Join one of the most exciting marketing companies in the country, helping small businesses thrive! At PostcardMania, we combine the power of direct mail with digital marketing to drive real results. As an SEM Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact our clients have for their online ad campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about marketing, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to grow. You’ll work hands-on with Google and Facebook platforms, collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Obtain all required information and access to launch ad campaigns
  • Coordinating with the customer's website contact to install tracking codes
  • Work with our designer to produce eye-catching banner ads
  • Troubleshooting campaigns as needed

The goal of this role is to implement high-quality SEM campaigns that generate more leads for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Compensation

· Starting pay is $18 per hour

Schedule

  • This a full-time office position, Monday - Friday from 9-6pm



Requirements
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Customer-focused with a passion for helping others
· Basic understanding of Google and Facebook marketing, and Pay-Per-Click
· Some HTML knowledge preferred
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt as needed
· Professional and friendly communication (phone and email)
· Capable of managing projects from start to finish
· Ability to handle high-volume periods while staying organized
· Strong leadership and ability to manage tasks effectively
