  • Pay: $28–$40/hr based on experience — not entry level, not looking for entry-level applicants.
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Hardscape/Landscaper, Carpentry, Equipment Operator  to join our team! 
You will lay hardscapes to grade, frame a deck right, run a skid steer or mini-excavator, and lead a small crew without being told twice. 
       (Additional items to the job include Landscape work, lawn maintenance and snow removal are all other items that will be asked of you working with us)

Responsibilities: 
  • Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as Skid Steers, Excavators,, tractors, mowers twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws
  • Use hand tools, such as transits, hammer, drills, stringline, shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers
  • Building decks, sheds, houses, and more 
  • Installing drainfields
  • Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
  • Clean up exisiting and creating new Landscapes, ponds, golf greens and more
  • There are more items that can not all be specified in a job ad but needed to complete the line of work 
  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner 
  • Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 60+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
  • Willing to work in all weather elements 
Qualifications
  • Looking for Experienced workers in the industry (this post is not for entry level applicants)
  • Past experience as a Skilled Construction Contractor and or Landscaper
  • Positive attitude is a must! 
  • Hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work 
  • Knowledge in Construction building homes and structures
  • ✅ 5+ years hands-on trade experience ✅ Comfortable running compact equipment
    ✅ Can read a plan/design and lead a small team ✅ Reliable, own basic hand tools
  • Drivers license -with a great driving record
