As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside experienced event planners and coordinators, gaining hands-on experience in organizing a variety of events ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings. Social Media Agent Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community gatherings.
  • Coordinate logistics for events such as venue selection, catering services, and transportation.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Help manage on-site operations during events by setting up, breaking down, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Track event schedules and assist in ensuring all activities run according to plan.
  • Maintain accurate records of event budgets and expenses to assist with financial reporting.
  • Compile feedback from attendees and stakeholders to help improve future events.
