Dealer Spike, a LeadVenture company, is hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help drive growth by creating conversations with prospective customers, building interest in our solutions, and generating qualified pipeline opportunities for our sales organization through strategic outbound prospecting.

This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who are ready to build foundational sales skills, thrive in a high-performance environment, and grow into future sales opportunities.

The BDR role is ideal for individuals who have mastered inbound lead management or have demonstrated success in customer-facing roles and are ready to develop expertise in outbound prospecting, account planning, territory strategy, and consultative selling.

As a BDR, you will develop strategic account plans, identify buying signals, engage multiple stakeholders, and create qualified sales opportunities through thoughtful, persistent outbound outreach.

• Remote and/or Hybrid (based on team & skill)

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a mixed mode (onsite, remote or hybrid) environment, including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and proactive communication practices while maintaining a professional on-camera presence
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels
• Research assigned territories and develop account strategies
• Identify key decision-makers and buying committees
• Personalize outreach using account research and buying signals
• Qualify opportunities and schedule discovery meetings
• Partner with Territory Managers on account strategy and pipeline creation
• Maintain CRM accuracy and utilize AI and sales technology
• Achieve monthly activity, meeting, pipeline, and quality goals
