This opportunity is ideal for a 2L, 3L, or recent J.D. graduate who is passionate about immigration law and ready to gain hands-on experience in a rewarding practice area. You will work alongside experienced attorneys in a supportive environment where questions are encouraged, collaboration is valued, and your work truly matters.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct legal research and prepare clear, well-written memoranda.
  • Draft briefs, declarations, motions, and supporting documents for immigration matters.
  • Review case files, evidence, and pleadings to help develop legal strategies.
  • Analyze complex factual scenarios and apply relevant legal principles.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams on cases that directly affect individuals and families.
