Votre role
Vous agirez a titre d'expert(e) en accessibilite numerique aupres des equipes de conception et de developpement afin d'assurer la conformite des solutions numeriques aux normes reconnues et d'offrir une experience inclusive a tous les utilisateurs.
Responsabilites principales
Accessibilite numerique
- Conseiller et accompagner les equipes d'affaires et les escouades numeriques dans la creation de contenus et d'experiences accessibles.
- Emettre des recommandations et proposer des solutions visant a ameliorer l'experience des utilisateurs en situation de handicap.
- Effectuer des audits et des tests d'accessibilite sur les solutions developpees a l'interne ou par des partenaires externes.
- Valider la conformite des produits numeriques aux normes d'accessibilite, notamment les standards WCAG.
- Documenter les anomalies identifiees et assurer le suivi de leur correction aupres des equipes concernees.
- Sensibiliser et soutenir les equipes dans l'integration des bonnes pratiques d'accessibilite.
- Repondre aux questions des differentes parties prenantes et agir comme reference en matiere d'accessibilite numerique.
- Participer a l'amelioration continue du systeme de design en validant l'accessibilite de ses composants.
Tests de non-regression
- Realiser les tests d'accessibilite sur les composants du systeme de design.
- Produire ou adapter des environnements de tests en HTML lorsque necessaire.
- Documenter les resultats et recommandations dans Confluence.
- Collaborer avec les equipes de design et de developpement pour corriger les enjeux identifies.
Profil recherche
- Baccalaureat en commerce electronique, informatique, administration, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 6 annees d'experience pertinente en UX/UI et accessibilite numerique.
- Excellente comprehension des contraintes liees aux environnements Web et mobiles.
- Experience demontree dans la conception et l'evaluation de solutions numeriques accessibles.
- Capacite a vulgariser des concepts techniques et a accompagner des equipes multidisciplinaires.
- Sens de l'analyse, rigueur et autonomie.
Competences techniques
- Maitrise des principes et standards d'accessibilite numerique (WCAG 2.1 et 2.2).
- Excellente connaissance des lecteurs d'ecran tels que :
- NVDA

- Bonne maitrise du HTML semantique.
