Camber has been in the heart of Buckhead for almost 20 years and is looking to add an Office Coordinator to its expanding office team.

Job Description:

The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day office administration for our main print production facility located in Duluth GA. This position requires a high attention to detail, the ability to multitask and a willingness to learn.

Front Desk & Office Operations

  • Sit at the front desk and answer incoming phone calls and the door
  • Receive and accept office deliveries
  • Get and distribute the mail
  • Scan job packets and inbound mail
  • Handle general front-desk administrative work
  • Schedule machine and building maintenance as needed
  • Contact third-party vendors as needed
  • Download and print postage statements
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and ready for use each day
  • Stock kitchen items

HR & Recruiting Support

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and job postings
  • Initiate new hire paperwork
  • Ensure hourly workers submit timecards into the time-tracking system
  • Participate in HR discussions with management as needed

Inventory & Production Support

  • Assist with inventory management as needed
  • Print inventory labels for inventory tracking
  • Insert and assemble small volumes of daily client mailings

Marketing Support

  • Assist with marketing efforts alongside the Office and Marketing Manager
  • Help create and publish blog posts
  • Research blog topics
  • Research fresh mortgage news and industry trends
  • Manage and grow social media pages
  • Create social media content

General Administrative Support

  • Complete research projects as needed
  • Perform data entry
  • Help pack and prepare materials for tradeshows
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree 3 to 5 Years relevant office administrative experience Microsoft Office Word/Excel Attention to detail Willingness to learn U.S. Work Authorization (required)

Experience Preferred but not required:

Commercial Print Experience

Knowledge of the USPS online customer gateway

General warehouse experience
