Job description

We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative to support in-person customer outreach and sales activities for our clients. This is an entry-level, in-person position designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sales and marketing.

Paid training is provided. No prior sales experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional, face-to-face setting
  • Deliver sales presentations and promotional messaging
  • Execute sales presentations and promotions
  • Track daily activity and performance goals
  • Participate in training and team meetings
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership

Compensation

  • Base pay plus commission
  • Earnings are directly tied to individual performance
  • Additional performance-based incentives may be available
  • Paid training provided
