What are entry-level jobs?

Entry-level jobs are positions that do not require any previous experience in the role. In an entry-level role, employers typically offer structured onboarding programs, job shadowing opportunities, and access to experienced colleagues for ongoing support. Many companies assign a mentor or buddy to help new hires acclimate to the work environment and company culture. You can also expect periodic check-ins with your supervisor to discuss progress and address any challenges, along with opportunities to participate in workshops or training sessions to build foundational skills relevant to your department.
