Position Overview

The Entry Level Management Trainee position is designed for individuals who are looking to develop into future leadership and management roles within our organization.

This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training provided. No previous management experience is required.

Individuals in this role will gain hands-on experience in:

  • Sales and customer acquisition
  • Team leadership and development
  • Territory and campaign management
  • Communication and public speaking
  • Recruiting and interviewing
  • Business operations and client relations

We are looking for candidates who are competitive, coachable, professional, and motivated to grow within a performance-driven company culture.


Responsibilities

  • Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions
  • Conduct presentations with residential homeowners and small business customers
  • Learn territory management and lead generation strategies
  • Participate in daily leadership development and team training sessions
  • Assist with campaign coordination and customer support
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Work alongside leadership and management teams on performance goals
  • Develop communication and leadership skills through hands-on experience
