Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant – Paid Training (No Experience Needed!) 

Lake Chevrolet & Lake Ford | Milwaukee, WI

Are you currently working in retail, customer service, hospitality, or banking? Are you tired of unpredictable schedules, fixed hourly wages, and no clear path for advancement?

Lake Chevrolet and Lake Ford are hiring motivated individuals with great people skills, even if you have never sold a car before. We will provide the PAID professional training; you just need to bring the ambition.

What You Will Do:

  • Learn financing, leasing, and the latest vehicle technology from the ground up.

  • Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs, conduct test drives, and deliver an exceptional, pressure-free customer experience.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale.
